No upgrades needed, the A8 TRIAERO aero speed demon flies directly out of the box onto the tarmac. The lightest in the TRIAERO A series, the A8 is guaranteed to dish gravity-defying performances on the road.
Black with a highlight of green; this enviable cycling machine is stunning. The A8 features a sophisticated and aerodynamically sound frameset. The design of the fork and frame reduces air resistance; allowing the rider to cut through space at lightning speeds. The carbon TRIAERO frame features an internal cable and hose layout for the gear and brake systems. An internal cable system improves bike safety by reducing the chances of entanglement by cables and hoses. The flat mount TRIAERO carbon fork is stiff and rigid enough to support sudden brakes and stops.
The A8 TRIAERO comes with a set of Toray T700 50mm deep ICAN Fast and Light wheelsets. These wheels feature high-performance Sapim CX-Ray spokes and Novatec Hubs. The wheels are fitted with 700*25C Michelin Lithion 2 tires.
A reliable gear set plays a vital role in road racing. To allow smooth change of gears, the TRIAERO A8 Road Bike features a full SRAM Force 22 high-performance groupset. The SRAM Force 22 group set features the super-light SRAM Force carbon chainset and hydraulic flat mount braking system.
Almost everything in the TRIAERO Road Bike is made from Toray T700 and T800 carbon cloths. The use of carbon fiber as the basic building material accounts for the light weight of the bike. Excluding the pedals, the A8 weighs only 6.9kg.

What does  customers say?

Hello! Can you tell us more about the A9? When did you purchase it, how does it compare to branded carbon bike frames, what is your general option on it. That would help a lot, I'm planing on buying my own A9 frame and ICAN wheals in the future. Thanks a lot!

Customer tell:

I bought it last fall, built it up in November/December. 3500+ miles. Di2 w quarq power meter, dura ace chain rings. 6 races. Crashed in a race once at 39 mph. it is very smooth handles perfectly. hard to compare to other brands because all are so different. but this one is not as aggressive as my allez sprint but also doesnt hurt my back like the allez does. I'm 6'2 and got the XL but maybe the L would have been fine. the stand over height is more than most bikes. I've had trouble getting the saddle rail clamp to grip the saddle without the saddle creeping forward, but I painted the rails with a bit of epoxy to make them fatter and it seems to be fixed. overall I'm very happy. the frame is perfect for racing. if you break it no big deal. buy another. or 3. I broke a Tarmac once. Why race a $4000 frame? I'm not pro. just a guy who races bikes...

fyi I bought Tokyowheels 3.4 epic for this bike before i knew how great ican wheels are. if i built this again I'd get ican wheels. i have icans on other bikes and they are great wheels.

What is difference between Aero or Aero special?

Let us take Aero 40 and Aero 40S as an example. Have a look for their difference.

YES! Many customers have purchased wheels and frames of ICAN Cycling, and they give us many good feeback. All products undergo strict quality control and provide two years warranty.

What is the best tire size for my ICAN wheels?

The best tire size for your wheel, which depends on the wheelsets type, size and the conditions you plan to ride the wheel in.
If you focus on speed, aerodynamic, each carbon wheel will have a specific recomended tire width, which is listed on specific product pages under rim specs.

We find(Not necessarily 100% correct):

  • With a broader external width, ICAN Cycling wheels roll most optimally with a 25mm/28mm (actual width) tire.
  • For Jet wheels, we recommend 25mm (actual width) tires, but 28mm (actual width) tires are still an excellent choice.
  • Unless a podium step hangs in the balance, the difference in the speed of the Jet, using a 25mm tire versus a 28mm tire, works out to only 0.05 kph. That’s approximately 3 – 4 seconds over 40km.

What is the recommended tire pressure

If you want the right tire pressure, please read the guide for recommended tire pressure.

The prices of the same products in different warehouses are different. We have prepaid taxes and freight for users who purchase products in overseas warehouses.

The reason may be that the spokes tension of wheels is too high. Please check that the spokes tension to make it at a the proper range.

Why do i feel the freehub is a bit tight when backpedal

When riding for the first time, freehub needs to run in with the wheels. Just ride for a while, freehub will run well.

For ICAN’s current line up of wheels, most of wheels is tubeless compatible.
