Why Do Prices Differ Between Warehouses?
If you have browsed our store, you may have noticed that the same product can be listed at different prices depending on where it ships from. Items labeled EU / US / UK are often priced higher than the identical product shipped from our China warehouse.
The reason is straightforward: the difference lies in logistics and service — not in the product itself. Every version is manufactured to the same specifications, inspected to the same standard, and covered by the same warranty.
In our catalog, a regional suffix (such as "-EU", "-US", or "-UK") simply indicates which warehouse the item ships from.
China Warehouse — Standard Version
-
Lower listed price. You pay for the product itself, without bundled logistics costs.
-
Shipping and import duties are settled separately. International freight, VAT/GST, and customs duties are charged at checkout or upon delivery, depending on your country's regulations.
-
Longer transit time. Delivery usually takes several days to a few weeks, and may extend to one to two months during peak periods. Actual timing depends on the shipping method selected, stock availability, customs clearance procedures, and public holidays in either country.
This option is best for riders who are planning ahead, ordering well before a season or event, and prioritizing the lowest possible product price.
EU / US / UK Warehouse — Local Version
-
Higher listed price. The price already includes international freight, duties, and taxes.
-
No additional charges on arrival. What you see at checkout is what you pay — no customs invoices, no unexpected import bills.
-
Fast delivery. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 2–5 business days via FedEx, UPS, or DPD.
This option is best for riders who need their equipment quickly, or who prefer a fully landed cost with no administrative follow-up.
