Looking for a multi-purpose wheelset? Try the DT Aero 40. Fast on muddy tracks, faithful on the tarmac, and speedy on gravel; the DT Aero 40 is the 40mm deep definition of Off-Road. Developed by ICAN, the DT Aero 40 is a lighter version of its equivalent in the Fast and Light Series.
To make the wheel light, the DT Aero 40 Disc rims are made from a combination Toray T700 and T800 carbon cloths. Not only does this combination make the wheel lighter, but also stronger. Strong enough to support a maximum rider weight of 232Lbs or 105Kg. For better rolling resistance and protection against punctures, the DT Aero Disc Rim features a tubeless-ready clincher wheel profile. The wheel also features a 25mm wide frame making it more stable and ideal for racing.
With each DT Aero 40 Disc wheelset, comes an option between DT 240S and DT 350S. Both of these Swiss hubs offer effective transmission of power to the wheel and flawless wheel motion. The greatest feature of these Swiss hubs is the fact that they are incredibly light; reducing the weight of the wheel further. DT 240S/350S are compatible with Shimano Centerlock Disc Rotors and Shimano 10/11 speed cassettes.
The DT 240S/350S hubs are supported and held in place by the superlight and aerodynamic Sapim CX-Ray spokes.
Each DT Aero 40 Disc carbon wheelset comes with a free set of skewers and a two-year guarantee.

Wide Rim Tech
25mm rim wide creates a better, more stable support, while the shape of the tire and rim together creates regular, stable air flow, in short, more aerodynamics, less attrition. provides an ideal basis for 25/28mm tires, the sizes currently popular.
2-Way Clincher Tubeless. Tubes or No-Tubes
Use either traditional tires with tubes, or tubeless tires without tubes. Tubeless tires can provide lower rolling resistance and better protection from punctures.
Sapim CX-RAY As light as a titanium spoke
The CX-Ray still receives the best results in fatigue testing of any spoke. The CX-Ray aero spoke combines excellent aerodynamics with low weight and great strength. Not only are they more aerodynamic, they also make wheels lighter and stronger. Its unique strength and flexibility make the CX-Ray suitable for most bicycle disciplines. CX-Ray spokes are used by top bike racers and triathletes around the world.

This wheelset has been certified and approved by the UCI (Union Cycliste Internationale), for use in UCI sanctioned road races.
Warranty Policy
Every ICAN frame and rim has a useful product life cycle. Each bike, frame and rim will have a unique identification number and warranty card. Complete the provided card and warranty form, and send them to us. Failure to use the provided warranty card will void your warranty. Save your dated receipt for proof of purchase.

Applies to all ICAN and Triaero brand bike frame, and FL Max series, AERO Series, and Alpha series rim.
Coverage:
2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Conditions:
- If any manufacturing defect occurs within 30 days of the date of purchase, is obligated to replace the rim(s) and also pay for the shipping cost. If any manufacturing defect occurs after 31 days and up to 2 years, ICAN is obligated to replace the product(s). The product owner is responsible for shipping costs.
- If we no longer make the rim you purchased we’ll upgrade you to the newest equivalent model at no extra cost.
- The Warranty program is not transferable and only applies to the initial purchaser.
This warranty does not cover：
- Normal wear and tear (bearings, spokes, nipples, brake tracks, tires, inner tubes, pawls, freehub, seals, rim tape etc.)
- Products which have been incorrectly installed and/or adjusted.
- Issues brought about by neglect or poor maintenance.
- Surface finish and cosmetic treatments (anodizing, decals, etc.)
- Crash damage.
- Consequential or incidental damages (where applicable)
- Products purchased “second-hand”, “used”, “as-is”, or expressly “without warranty”
- Counterfeit products
- Unauthorized modification or alteration, including without limitation, any repair performed by anyone other than ICAN or an ICAN-authorized servicer, or outside of the recommendations of ICAN Customer Service

- Modification of wheels
- Tire pressure exceeding 140psi
- Improper assembly
- Installation of parts or accessories not originally intended for, or not compatible with the wheelsets sold.
- Use of brake pads not designed for carbon wheels
